Hey there, I’m Georgia, a qualified personal trainer and currently studying exercise science. I have a strong passion for all things health and fitness, with seven years experience in strength training.
My fitness journey started as a way to spend my free time in high school, where I noticed the benefits it had on my wellbeing, endurance, and sport performance.
Since then, I’ve enjoyed learning new exercises and different ways of training. Both this and the knowledge I’ve gained throughout my degree led to my progression into personal training to teach others what I wish I knew from the beginning.
